Great quiet centrally located neighborhood. Close to the light rail, grocery store, Walmart, highways, bike path, one block to the park, and Olde Town Arvada. You can take the light rail from the airport to Union Station and connect to the Gold line(G line) and it is less than a mile to the house from the Sheridan stop.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full, private access to the entire house, along with a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, letting kids play, or enjoying time outdoors. 🚗 Parking For your convenience, please park in the driveway directly in front of the home. This is a shared driveway, and the following spaces are reserved for guest use: *The far-right spot in front of the red door *The center parking spot *The leftmost driveway space is reserved for owner use. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that you use the driveway rather than street parking to keep the area clear and accessible. *Vans are welcome *Trailers and RVs are not permitted If the driveway is ever full, street parking directly in front of the house is allowed 🔑 Garage & Owner Access The detached garage has a separate entrance and its own fenced area. On occasion, we may use this space or the shared outdoor trash bins, which could result in brief driveway encounters. This will not affect your privacy or use of the home in any way. 🌟 Your Privacy Your comfort, privacy, and security are very important to us. The home itself is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, and we are committed to making sure you feel completely at ease. Find Us
You can park in the driveway right in front of the house. There is also plenty of street parking if you have extra vehicles. Please park in front of the house and not in front of the neighbors unless the driveway is full. We do not allow RVs, busses or trailers to park at the house. You can also take the lightrail from the airport to Union Station. At Union Station hop on the Gold Line(G Line) and take it to the Sheridan station. The house is a few blocks from there. The light rail station is just a few blocks away. You can get downtown to Union Station and transfer here to go to the airport. You will take the G line to do this. Conveniently located off the I70/76 highways with quick access to the mountain towns.
